Some of the guys from Computer Class, a Synth Punk band from California stopped in for some Que today. Nice guys and I think they win the distance award for the day!

I am new to Greenville. My husband and I moved here from Northern Virginia, Washington, DC area, four months ago. I am a retired Event Planner and always looking for the best in everything, venues, hotels, restaurants, etc. It's who I am. Well...I was in search of the best BBQ Brisket and ribs in town. I found Smoky Dreams after visiting several in the area, i.e. Smoke on the Water, Henry's, Mutts. I have a couple more to visit, but I think I will stop while I am ahead. Smoky Dreams' Brisket is to die for. I took an order of ribs home for dinner. They were bone sucking good. Blew us away. By using a rub on their meat you don't need sauce. All you taste are the flavors of succulent mouth watering meat. I like a little sauce and jthey had two I liked; the spicy vinegar and a yellow sauce for dipping. I will be using them for a party I am having this October. Howard was warm and made me feel at home. What a great place.
